The Meeting Loop

A complete, self-contained prompt to rebuild the meeting loop we run on our own client calls: a brief before every meeting, notes captured during, next steps, a pre-drafted recap and an updated roadmap after. All of it on schedule, backed by a local knowledge base.

Paste it into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any coding agent. It interviews you first, creates its own project folder, then builds phase by phase with your validation at each step.

Fair warning: this was built for one operator running their own calls. If you deploy it inside an organization, add proper security (secret management, access reviews, data retention) and adapt it for team collaboration. Keep a human review on anything that leaves for a client. Nothing works magically either: you need a note-taker with API access, a Slack workspace where you can create an app, and a machine that stays on during work hours.

01

Before the call

A brief lands in your Slack roughly an hour ahead: where you stand, what to decide today, what you promised last time.

02

During

Your note-taker captures the meeting. You stop taking notes.

03

After

The transcript is filed, next steps are posted with a recap drafted in your own style, and the account roadmap updates itself from what was actually said.
